15 years ago today, D’Elegance was founded with the goal of helping women to feel great about themselves and their potential.
We remain firmly committed to this goal and will do everything within our power to help make this happen.
Below we have collected some of our most memorable moments from the last 15 years.
As we look back, we would like to thank our clients, supporters, team members, and those who believe in what we are working so hard to accomplish.
We appreciate your continued support and look forward to an exciting future.
Elida Teh founds D’Elegance in 2004 and launches our first ever runway show at the Women’s Expo in Singapore in 2005.
2004 to present: One of our greatest joys is to share about the benefits of shapewear with women via seminars and workshops.
D’Elegance was invited to share about shapewear on TV programmes in 2011, 2013 and 2017.
We were honored to be invited to the PAP Women Wing’s Women Entrepreneur Fair in 2017 to showcase our products and also support women entrepreneurship in Singapore.
In 2016, we decided to support the Uplift Project in recycling secondhand bras and new underwear to women in disadvantaged communities. This has become an annual event for us and we look forward to doing more together with our clients and volunteers.
In 2018, we received the Champions of Good award from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, Mr. Heng Swee Keat. The award recognised organisations that have been exemplary in their corporate giving efforts, and have also been an influencer and multiplier by engaging their partners and stakeholders on a collaborative giving journey.
Photoshoot for our products and team on 8 March 2019 (International Women’s Day!) Had such an awesome time working with Jemanci Portrait and our lovely model, Ms. Jasmine Wu.
But at the end of it all, the most memorable thing for us at D’Elegance is always the love, support, and friendship that we get from all of our clients.
The last 15 years have been an incredible experience and the next 15 promise to be just as exciting.
