art, a special gift from our
Creator. However, a woman may be
faced with challenges with
regards to maintaining a good
figure.

gradually loses its elasticity
and signs of sagging will
naturally appear.

as the fact that

more easily than it does in the

challenges to women today.

and/or incorrect wearing of
undergarment (i.e. wearing your
lingerie, underwear wrongly)
as well as poor posture can also
