Q. Can I just wear normal, off-the-shelves undergarment and maintain/improve my figure?

Q. Alright I’m sold! How can I purchase D’Elegance products?
A. At D’Elegance, it is necessary for all first time customers to go through a personal consultation session with our consultants. As we have mentioned, no two bodies are alike. Therefore, we have to take measurements for each individual customer and provide advice on selecting the right size and combination of products so as to ensure optimal effect.
Our professional consultants have been trained to provide this form of service and we strongly believe that our expertise and knowledge about body shaping lingerie is what sets us apart from other brands.
Also, please do note that all consultation sessions are strictly by appointment only. Because it is our goal to give our undivided attention to each individual customer who visits us at our boutique, walk-ins will only be entertained subject to availability of consultants to serve you.
Q. What are the fees involved?
A. We charge a consultation fee of $180 for all first-time customers.
Each consultation session lasts between 45 minutes to an hour
If any purchase is made after the consultation, the $180 consultation fee will be waived.
If no purchase is made after the consultation, only a $180 consultation fee will be charged. You will also receive a $100 D'Elegance Cash Voucher for later use (valid for 3 months).
